HOW TO REFER A PATIENT

 

To refer your patient, you can:

• Send a secure referral via Healthlink ID: neurogrp

• Email your referral letter to admin@theneurogroup.com.au.

• Fax your referral letter to (03) 8676 4926.  

 
Please ensure that your Provider Number is clearly visible on your referral, with a current contact number for your patient. 
 

All referrals will be assessed and triaged prior to making an appointment.
Please provide as much detail as possible to assist in this process which can take up to 7 business days due to doctor availability.

If your referral is URGENT, clearly indicate this on your referral and call our office to discuss. Please note that whilst every effort will be made to
accommodate urgent referrals, we do not have doctors on-site every day.

Please download and complete a NCS request form by clicking here. Return the form, along with any relevant correspondence/previous tests to admin@theneurogroup.com.au or fax: (03) 8676 4926.
